• Every student seeking admission in the college shall have to deposit her fees by the last date. In case, the fees are not deposited by the due date, admission will be considered null and void.
• It is mandatory to deposit the fees for the whole session even if the student seeks admission in mid session.
• On approval of the admission, all annual fees, caution money, enrolment and eligibility fees have to be deposited in a single installment.
• Information about University Examination fee will be put on the College Notice Board at an appropriate time. Student will have to deposit the form and fees before the last date. The college will not be responsible for any fault on their part.
• Students should deposit their fee to the authorized cashier through demand draft only and collect the receipt.
• Caution money will be returned within one year of passing the last examination. Applications for its refund are invited in the month of November and caution money is returned from December to January.
• Please inform the College office if you leave the college mid session.
• No fees are refundable in any condition except the caution money.
• The Regular students whose results are not declared till the last date of depositing the fee, are required to fill re-admission forms within 15 days from the date of declaration of their results, otherwise they will have to pay the late fee prescribed by the college.

• National Scholarships are given to those students who have secured position in the merit list of the  B. S. E. R  Rajasthan.

• Students can take only one type of financial assistance.
• Only regular students are eligible for any kind of financial assistance provided they follow the attendance rules prescribed by the University. Students with short attendance are not eligible for scholarship.
• Students of SC & ST category will be required to fill up the prescribed application form in the time mentioned in the notice which will be displayed on the college notice board.
• There is a provision for Scholarship for SC and ST girls who are residing in the approved hostels.
